Letter from Jedediah Cobb, Professor of Anatomy at the Medical College of Ohio, to Dr. J.M. Compton of Louisville. Letter is in response to Compton's request for information about the school. Professor Cobb offers to introduce Compton's brother, a prospective student, to other students at the school should he decide to attend. The letter is written on the inside of a circular letter printed by the Medical College of Ohio. The circular lists faculty at the college and lectures to be given during the 1852-1853 session. The circular is signed by the Dean of Faculty, L.M. Lawson, M.D.
